If you have a teen driver in your household, you can establish a safe zone and receive real time alerts if the rebellious teen over steps his/her bounds. You can even lock the vehicle down to prevent operation. There is typically a low monthly subscription fee ($4 to $9 per month) with this type of aftermarket tech.

Unless you’ve been under a rock for the last few years, you have certainly heard of a little gadget called the GoPro. Most folks think that it is only a camera used by extreme athletes and street racers but this device has millions of practical uses. It can be used as a backup camera, then easily detached to capture the cute kids in the cockpit. The newer models also feature integrated WiFi and Bluetooth tethering, so you can use it wirelessly.
